MICHAEL MARINO, DC

Dr. Marino received a Bachelor Science Degree in Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts in 1992, and a Doctor of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Science in Anatomy at Parker College in Dallas, TX in 1996. He is certified in both acupuncture and the Graston technique. He serves as a scientific advisor for MakeWay Wellness, developing supplements and other nutritional products, as well as a community member of the Institutional Review Board at UNA.

Dr. Marino lives in Florence. He enjoys time with family and church as well as exercise, biking, golf, skiing, gardening and travel.

CLINT LESTER, DPT

Dr. Lester obtained his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Alabama in 2013. He then earned his doctorate of Physical Therapy from Belmont University in 2016. He has previously worked as the clinic director and a licensed physical therapist outpatient orthopedic at Encore Rehabilitation.

Dr. Lester grew up in Muscle Shoals and now lives in Muscle Shoals with his wife. In his free time, he likes to travel, golf, exercise, and go to church.

DAVID GREENE, DPT

Dr. Greene was born and raised in Florence, Alabama. After graduating from the University of North Alabama in 2016, he pursued his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University in Marietta, Georgia.

While attending Life University, Dr. Greene met his wife, and together they graduated in 2022. They began practicing in Huntsville, Alabama, before deciding to return to the Florence area to be closer to family and to care for the community they proudly call home.

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Greene enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife. Whether it’s hiking, kayaking, disc golf, or fishing, he believes an active lifestyle is an important part of overall health and wellness.​
